We keep a record of your privacy acknowledgment, its date and the applicable policy version. For abuse prevention, the application stores a keyed hash of the connecting network address with short-lived request timestamps. We do not use this website to sell personal information or deliver behavioral advertising.

Cookies and hosting

The website uses an essential session cookie for form security, submission confirmation and administrator authentication. It is not an advertising cookie. The application does not install analytics or third-party marketing scripts. Hosting providers may maintain infrastructure and security logs under their own arrangements.

Access and sharing

Inquiry records and associated quotes are removed from the application database after 180 days when the next application request runs the retention task. Operational backups, if used, follow the hosting operator's configured retention schedule. Any later service contract and financial records are handled separately for the period needed to perform the contract and meet applicable obligations.

Use the contact form and select the most relevant service, writing “Privacy request” in the project description. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information.
